Christian Life Ministries (CLM) is an English speaking, Cell based Church that believes in the Bible and the power to change lives through a living relationship with Jesus Christ. We are committed to Transformation, to building relationships within our community, to evangelism, to training and empowering believers to reach out to the whole man with the love of Christ.
Our Story
CLM did not come from nowhere; We did not fall from the sky…. we did not come from evolution… we did not split off from another church.
CLM was born out of a vision and a specific calling from God to reverend Elmer and Sherry Komant a Canadian Missionary couple and church planters on the continent of Africa for over 30 years including Zambia, Kenya and Rwanda. In Burundi, CLM was officially launched on June 8th, 2013 under the godly leadership of Pastor Elmer and Sherry Komant along with a team of six other pastors from four different African partnering churches namely Christian Life Assembly in Rwanda, Watoto Church in Uganda; Mombasa Pentecostal Church and Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) in Kenya. In over 6 years’ time, the church has grown to 3 campuses and over 1000 in attendance.
